I’m not really sure what to call the change up that I threw throughout my career, so Michaela Change Up Deluxe will do for now :) It’s a combo between a flip, a turn over, and a circle change, but it was by far my favorite pitch. Give it a try, and see if you can add this pitch in to your auxiliary.

If you want to be an effective pitcher, you need a good change up. Period. Know when to start adding the pitch in, learn why it can be so effective, how to get it to be effective, and worry about perfecting it before adding in another pitch.
