I’ve been working with Row off and on since 2018. When I first met Row, she was shy, quiet, and broken by a previous coach that had destroyed her confidence. Within minutes of seeing her swing, I knew I was working with a very talented and strong athlete. It took a little for her to trust and let me in, but once we were on the same page, she absorbed and soaked in everything I had to show her. She’s one of those athletes that is very methodical in her movements, but makes each rep count, and gives her full focus while working (a coach’s dream athlete!)

Today we work virtually and emphasize overcoming those inevitable hitting metal blocks in order to unlock that undeniable powerful swing.
