Work on strengthening your wrists by controlling the barrel of the bat through each phase of the swing, with this great step by step drill. Be aware where your body is positioned throughout the swing during each step…a.k.a. slow down and be in control of your muscles!

If you find that you are grounding out, popping out, or not hitting the ball with a whole lot of power check that your door knockers are lined up, then work on the angles that your hands are coming down to the ball.

Keep the arms contact and strong through your swing by placing a resistance band above the elbows of both arms.

Great for all skill levels to get the bat path on a level plain and to work on the strength of the wrists at contact point.

Work on pushing the entire body through the swing as opposed to the old school way of squishing the bug and leaving weight on the backside.
