Softball Pitching Clinic

Working from the ground up, Coach Michaela will address all the major foundational skills required to produce accuracy and speed in an effective and injury preventing manner!  Proper set up and launch positions, leg drive, posture, release point, glove side use, arm circle path, whip, and spin, will all be addressed in group and individual stations.
